Additional Request for Responses (RFR), to Provide Technical Review Services

*The MSBA has published the following updates to the RFR:

First Amendment: Deadline Extension

Second Amendment: Replaces originally published Master Services Agreement

Addendum 1: Questions and Answers 

The MSBA has decided to reissue the RFR to Provide Technical Review Services. The revised RFR (MSBA-RFR-TechRevSrvs-2012) removes certain restrictions placed on potential Respondents. The scope of requested services remains the same.

For those who submitted a Response to the orignial RFR, you are not required to resubmit a Response if you would like us to review your qualifications and experience as part of this second RFR. However, you must notify us in writing that you remain interested in providing technical review services to the MSBA. A simple letter stating your request to have your Response reviewed as part of “MSBA-RFR-TechRevSrvs-2012” will suffice.

Those who did not submit a Response to the original RFR must follow all of the requirements in MSBA-RFR-TechRevSrvs-2012.

PROCUREMENT CALENDAR
The following is the anticipated schedule for this procurement. All dates are subject to modification by the MSBA with notice.

  • Issuance of RFR: December 28, 2011
  • Question Deadline: January 18, 2012 at 4:30 PM
  • Responses to Questions Posted: January 20, 2012
  • RFR Response Deadline: January 26, 2012 at 3:00 PM
  • Oral Presentations (If conducted): February 20-24, 2012 (Tentative)
  • Award of the Contract: First Quarter of CY 2012
