Ms. Turnbaugh is an accomplished leader in program and construction management with substantial experience in various industries both domestically and globally. Her skills include providing strategic program/project management and control services, claims & disputes resolution advice, and independent assessments of capital program management processes, capital expenditures, and operational costs. She has managed the design/build selection process for various projects and is proficient at coordinating the design development process between public entities/operating agencies, and the design/build team. Ms Turnbaugh has collaborated with various industries and agencies in both the private and public sector and on projects ranging from $10 million office fit-out to $200 million commercial vertical construction to multi-billion dollar power and roadway infrastructure project.
Lisa Turnbaugh is currently a program management leader with Bank of America's Corporate Workplace group which is chartered with the strategic planning and operational management of 90+ million square feet, over $1.0 billion capital and $2.5 billion operating budget. As the Northeast Project Director, Lisa is responsible for end-to-end accountability for the execution of the Bank’s capital program (New Jersey to Maine, as well as Canada) and providing leadership to the team of Project Managers that execute the program. Her previous roles include assisting the The McCourt Company and the Los Angeles Dodgers with the multi year Restoration of Dodger Stadium and she has previously held senior positions with DMJM HARRIS|AECOM as well as with Ernst & Young's Construction Advisory Practice.
She is a registered Civil Engineer, holding a degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from Boston College.
