2010 OPM Review Panel Meeting Schedule

Unless otherwise noted, OPM Review Panel meetings will be held from 2:00-4:00 pm at the MSBA’s offices, located at 40 Broad Street, Suite 500, Boston, MA.  This schedule is subject to change.  Please contact the MSBA if you have any questions.  Meetings are open to the public.  To encourage discussion, competitors are asked to leave the room when proposed OPMs selected by a district present before the panel. 

 

The MSBA OPM Review Panel is conducting Construction Manager at Risk Informational Interviews:

  • Firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk services for Massachusetts K-12 public school projects funded in part through the MSBA’s school building grant program are invited to present their qualifications, experience, and general information about the CM-at-Risk delivery method for public construction projects in Massachusetts to the MSBA’s OPM Review Panel. 
  • These meetings are not mandatory but are offered as an opportunity for firms to introduce themselves to the MSBA and the OPM Review Panel and to present information about their qualifications, experience, and approach.
  • Interested firms will be given approximately 20 minutes for their presentation which will be followed by a 10 minute question and answer period.
  • Please note that these meetings are open to the public, however, out of professional courtesy, Construction Management at Risk firms are asked to leave the room when other Construction Management at Risk firms are presenting.
