The Educational Facility Planning Page
The MSBA recognizes the importance of Educational Planning, especially as it relates to the effective planning, design, and construction of adaptable school facilities. Educational Planning will help inform school designs that are responsive to current teaching and learning practices, while providing flexibility to accommodate future changes in learning environments and educational delivery methods during the useful life of a school facility. To support districts and educators in the exploration of concepts and options for proposed projects, the MSBA has posted a new Educational Facility Planning page.
This new page will offer resources targeted to school districts, staff, educators, and local committee members that may prove helpful in initiating local discussions regarding current educational programming and potential improvements that could be realized as part of a proposed project.
The webpage will be updated as additional material becomes available, and can also be accessed through the MSBA's existing Building With Us home page.
