There is no guarantee that a Designer in any of the above three groups will be assigned to any particular number of Accelerated Repair projects or to any Accelerated Repair project at all. The MSBA may assign more than one Accelerated Repair project to a Designer. The grouping and selection of Designers described above is solely for the purposes of the Accelerated Repair Program.

MSBA staff will assign a Designer to each Science Laboratory Initiative (SLI) project. In assigning Designers to SLI projects, the MSBA will first consider the Designers in Group A. If at any time the MSBA believes that the designer resources available in Group A cannot fulfill the objectives of the SLI, the MSBA may assign a Designer from Group B. If at any time the MSBA believes that the designer resources available in Group A and Group B cannot fulfill the objectives of the SLI, the MSBA may assign a Designer from Group C. There is no guarantee that a Designer in any of the three groups will be selected for any SLI project. The MSBA may assign more than one SLI project to a Designer. The grouping and selection of Designers described above is solely for purposes of the SLI.
