Potential Respondents are encouraged to attend a briefing session regarding this RFR on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. The briefing session will be held at the MSBA’s offices, located at 40 Broad Street, 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02109.

PROCUREMENT CALENDAR

The following is the tentative time schedule for the MSBA’s selection of recognized commissioning firms and individuals interested in providing building commissioning services for the MSBA.  All dates are subject to modification by the MSBA with notice.

  • Issuance of RFR: September 14, 2011
  • Voluntary Briefing Session: September 23, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Question Deadline: September 28, 2011
  • Question Response Deadline: September 30, 2011
  • RFR Response Deadline: October 7, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Oral Presentations (if conducted): Tentatively scheduled for the week of October 17, 2011
