Executive Director/Deputy CEO Jack McCarthy presented to the American Council of Engineering Companies ("ACEC") 14th Annual State Markets Conference in Waltham on April 13, 2016. The presentation included an overview of the MSBA and its processes, and focused on information about our Statements of Interest, projects heading toward consultant selection, and the MSBA's intensive quality assurance commissioning program.
