Executive Director Jack McCarthy and the MSBA recently announced the opening of the 7th Annual "My Ideal School" contest. The primary goal of the “My Ideal School” contest is to promote discussion among students and teachers as to how thoughtful design and construction of schools in Massachusetts supports student learning.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority’s Executive Director, Jack McCarthy, today joined with state and local leaders for a ceremonial ribbon cutting at the Marshall Simonds Middle School in Burlington. The MSBA is contributing 54.01% of eligible expenses in this $32.8 million project.
