Pursuant to the MSBA’s regulations, 963 CMR 2.00 et seq., a city, town or regional school district that files an application with and is approved by the Office of the Inspector General to utilize the Construction Management at Risk ("CM-at-Risk") construction delivery method.

- November 2009 - Informational Session regarding the CM-at-Risk methodology. Michael McKimmey, Deputy Commissioner of DCAM, and Michael Lambert, DCAM Director of Design and Construction, gave a presentation about their experience using the CM-at-Risk methodology. The information session was attended by school officials, local officials and owner’s project managers.
