Update to the Accelerated Repair Program Schematic Design Submission Checklist
The following information replaces Project Advisory 94 from September 2025.
Please be advised that the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) has updated the Schematic Design Checklist for projects in the Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) to introduce a checklist specific to roof and/or window/door projects and a checklist for heat pump or heat pump and roof projects.
The updated checklists incorporate the requirements associated with the applicable project scope and can be found on the ARP page of the MSBA website.
