June 3, 2014 - State Treasurer and MSBA Chair Steve Grossman and Executive Director Jack McCarthy joined local and State officials at the "Topping Out" Ceremony for the new Wilmington High School.

Executive Director Jack McCarthy shared his enthusiasm for the project and thanked all involved: the District, the legislature, State Treasurer Grossman, and MSBA staff, especially MSBA Project Manager Paul Fowkes and MSBA Project Coordinator Sarah Blache for their hard work and support.

State Treasurer Steve Grossman began his speech with a moment of silence honoring the Wilmington hero, Sean Collier. Treasurer Grossman spoke about his enthusiasm for the project and education on the whole and thanked all involved in the project for their work and support.
