Between November 2024 and April 2025, design and engineering professionals (the “assessors”) from STV Inc. will be visiting schools in all districts throughout the Commonwealth to collect data on general conditions, building systems, capacity, maintenance and educational environment. Representatives from STV inc. will issue an email to Superintendents about 30 days prior to all assessments within the district. MSBA staff may periodically join the visits and districts will be notified of any MSBA staff attendance.

After completion of the assessments in the district, the MSBA and STV Inc. will reach out to confirm that the collected data is accurate. The MSBA appreciates district cooperation and assistance throughout this process.
