Module 3 – Feasibility Study Guidelines Update

The updated Module 3 – Feasibility Study Guidelines apply to all Core Program projects for which the District submits a Preliminary Design Program (“PDP”) to the MSBA on or after February 1, 2015 unless otherwise instructed in writing by the MSBA Project Manager (“PM”).
