Module 7 – Manual for Eligibility Review of Change Orders
This is to serve as notice that the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”) has posted to its website a Manual for the Eligibility Review of Change Orders (“the Manual”). The Manual can be found here and contains the following sections:
