Update to the MSBA's Space Summary Template
Please be advised that the Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”) has updated the Space Summary Template. The updated template is available on MSBA’s website and can be found on the Module 3 – Feasibility Study page (under “Building With Us”), Module 4 – Schematic Design page (under “Building With Us”), and on the Guidelines & Forms page (under “Policies, Forms & Guidelines”).
The updated template incorporates revisions to the overall formatting of the document and now includes a “Regional Vocational Technical High School Space Summary Template”.
Please note that space summaries submitted to the MSBA in the previous version will be returned to the District’s Designer for re-submittal using the updated Space Summary Template.
